Advantages

  • Environmentally Friendly

The main raw material of PVC flooring is polyvinyl chloride. Polyvinyl chloride is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic renewable resource. It has been widely used in people's daily life, such as tableware, medical infusion tube bags, etc.

  • Super wear-resistant

There is a special wear-resistant layer on the surface of the LVT floor, and its wear-resistant revolutions can reach 300,000 revolutions.

The thickness and quality of the wear-resistant layer directly determine the use time of the PVC floor. The standard test results show that the 0.55mm thick wear-resistant layer can be used for more than 5 years under normal conditions. The 0.7mm thick wear-resistant layer ground is sufficient for more than 10 years. Because of its abrasion resistance, LVT flooring is becoming more and more popular in hospitals, schools, office buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets, transportation, and other places with a large flow of people. (For the wear resistance of the wear layer, it is currently mainly used as an indicator by measuring the loss, that is, the reduction in quality)

  • High elasticity and super impact resistance

LVT flooring has a soft texture, so it has good elasticity, and has good elastic recovery under the impact of heavy objects. LVT floor can minimize the damage to the human body from the ground and can disperse the impact on the feet. The latest research data shows that the rate of injury by LVT floor has been reduced by nearly 70% compared to other floors.

  • Fire and flame retardant

The fireproof index of qualified PVC floor can reach B1 level (China National Standard), which means that the fireproof performance is very good, second only to stone.

  • Easy to maintain

The maintenance of LVT floor is very convenient and easy. If the floor is dirty, wipe it with a mop. If you want to maintain the long-lasting bright effect of the floor, you only need to wax and maintain it regularly, and the maintenance frequency is much lower than that of the laminate floor.

  • Waterproof and moisture-proof

Since the main component of PVC floor is vinyl resin, it has no affinity with water. So, it is naturally not afraid of water, as long as it is not soaked for a long time, it will not be damaged, and it will not be mildewed due to high humidity.

Disadvantages

  • Non-natural materials

  • High requirements for the base layer (the base layer must be flat, solid, and dry when laying the LVT floor)
